For my in the hoop designs I use a fast frame with stitcky back tear away stabilizer, an additional layer of tear away, and heat n bond to the fabrics. There is no one right way to do these types of designs so don't be afraid to play around with your favorite stabilizers. Message me if you have any questions or issues.
